Do I need to create an account?
Currently we do not require an account to place an order.
Why should I create an account?
Creating an account allows you to place orders quicker and easier. Your delivery information is stored, so when you checkout you do not need to reenter your delivery details.
How do I create an account?
There are two ways! First, you can click 'Log In / Register' at the top of the page and fill out the information to create a Username and Password. Once a Username is completed, you can go to 'My Account' located at the top of the page and store your address and payment information if you choose. Or, when you're going through the checkout process, you can fill out your Billing and Delivery details and you will be asked if you want to create an account. Simply select the checkbox and create a Username and Password.
How do I change or reset my password?
Click 'Log In / Register' or 'My Account' at the top of the page, click on 'Lost your password?', then follow the provided instructions.
How does it work?
You place your order online through the website. Once we receive the order, we send it to one of our drivers, and they place it with the restaurant. The driver picks it up, pays the restaurant, and delivers it to you! Easy!
How do I order?
  1. Select your restaurant from the main page by clicking the image
  2. Browse the menu
  3. Select an item
  4. Select any required customizations
  5. Click 'Add to Cart' (repeat steps 2-5 if ordering more items)
  6. Click the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page
  7. Select Checkout
  8. Fill out any information if necessary, and place the order!

Can I order something that isn't listed under your Preferred Restaurants?
Absolutely!  With our Order Anything feature your delivery options are limitless!  Order from a restaurant not listed, order groceries, order retail.. order anything!  Please note due to state law we are forbidden to deliver alcohol and tobacco.
Is there a minimum or maximum I can order?
There is no minimum or maximum amount with any orders!
Can I edit my order?
If you need to make any additions or changes to your order please email them to Please note changes or additions are at the discretion of the restaurant, so please submit any changes as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time, however, cancelations are at the restaurant's discretion. If they refuse a cancelation we will be unable to cancel the order and will be required to charge you accordingly, so please submit a cancelation as soon as possible.
How do I pay for my order?
With Preferred Restaurants, when you checkout you will select between the option of paying with a Credit or Debit card or paying with Cash on Delivery. If paying with a Credit or Debit card you will be prompted to enter your card information before the order is submitted. If you order using our Order Anything feature, payment will be collected upon delivery. We use Square for our mobile credit card transactions, so your information is processed safely and securely.
Is paying online safe?
Yes! Your privacy and safety is our top priority! We use Stripe, one of the leading payment processors, to process our credit card transactions.
Do you store my credit card information?
We do not store your financial information on our servers.  You have the option to save your information upon checking out, however that is stored securely with our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe.
Are the prices on your website the same as the restaurant?
The prices listed on our website are the prices provided directly by the restaurant. We do not increase or decrease their prices under any circumstance. Prices are subject to change depending on the restaurant changing menu items or prices to their menu.
How much do you charge?
We charge a flat $5 delivery fee, a suggested 18% Driver Tip that can be increased or decreased to a minimum of $2, and a 5% Service Fee.
What is the delivery fee for?
The delivery fee is the charge for providing the delivery from restaurant/store to customer.
What is the Driver Tip for?
The 18% charge is a suggested amount that is calculated from the restaurant's subtotal. The Driver Tip can be edited to increase or decrease (Driver Tip is a minimum of $2) the amount. This amount is not charged on tax. The Driver Tip is an applied amount that the driver delivering the order receives as compensation.
What is the Service Fee for?
The 5% Service Fee is calculated from the restaurant's subtotal. This amount is not charged on tax. The Service Fee is a small charge we apply for the online ordering and payment processing services we provide.
